Emirati team to officiate the Japan-Oman match in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers

The FIFA Referees Committee has appointed an Emirati international team to manage the match between Japan and Oman in the first round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, which will be held on September 2 at Suita Stadium in Osaka, Japan.


The Emirati international crew includes: Muhammad Abdullah Hassan (yard) Muhammad Ahmed Youssef (first assistant) Hassan Al-Mahri (second assistant) Adel Al-Naqbi (fourth referee) Ammar Al-Junaibi (video referee) Omar Al Ali (assistant video referee).



The committee also appointed two referees, Muhammad Abdullah Hassan and Ammar Al-Junaibi, as video referees in the China-Japan match in the second round that will be held in Doha on September 7.
