Al-Ahly Saudi Club announced the details of the injury of its Syrian international player and team striker Omar Al-Soma and the length of his absence from the stadiums, days after Al-Soma left injured in the first minutes of his team's meeting against Al-Hazm in the Saudi Professional League.

The club published the details of the injury, through a tweet on the club’s official account on the social networking site “Twitter”, in which he confirmed that Al-Soma had a second-degree rupture, and that he needed four weeks of treatment and rehabilitation, so that he could return again to participate in the first team’s group training.

Al-Soma left the match in the fifth minute of the start of the Al-Ahly and Al-Hazm match, affected by his injury, as he could not control the pain of the injury, which forced him to cry, while he was receiving initial treatment on the bench.
