“Genesh” reveals the details of his crisis with Carteron, and refuses to leave Zamalek

Zamalek goalkeeper, Mahmoud Jensh, revealed the details of the crisis that occurred between him and the French team coach, Patrice Carteron, as a result of which he was excluded from the White Castle camp before the Ceramica Cleopatra match in the last round of the league championship and frozen until the end of the season.

The journalist, Seif Zaher, transmitted, via “On Time Sport” channels, the details of the phone call that took place between him and the goalkeeper of Zamalek, which the latter requested to transfer to public opinion, saying: “Mahmoud Jensh requests a meeting that brings him together with Carteron and the head of the temporary committee, Hussein Labib, to find out the truth.” What happened, and that he did not rebel against the club or carry his bags and leave the camp knowing that he will be outside the starting lineup in the Ceramica Cleopatra match.”

He added: "The goalkeeper confirms that his exclusion from the camp came by a decision of the coach, pointing to Jensh's confession that his voice was loud during his meeting with Carteron, but he did not exceed his right with any word outside the text."

He pointed out: "The goalkeeper objected to the decision not to participate in the Ceramica Cleopatra match for two reasons, the first is that he obtained a promise from the coach to return to the main participation, and the second is his fear that he will be excluded from the list of the national team that is preparing for the World Cup qualifiers early next month, due to his distance from the matches."

Saif Zaher said: "Gensh surprised me by his refusal to leave the club, and that he continues with the club, despite receiving many offers with amounts that exceed what he receives from Zamalek."
