Eskilstuna had a successful day when the damallsvenskan started again after the break.

They visited Hammarby on Kanalplan and got a 2-0 victory after a fine effort by Mia Jalkerud, who made her debut.

It took four minutes - then she introduced herself.

Jalkerud was in the right place at the right time when she thundered the ball into goal after a tangled situation in the penalty area.

Nightmare start for Hammarby.

In the 17th minute it was time again.

And Jalkerud was involved this time as well.

The new acquisition served attacking star Felicia Rogic who got her first finish saved by Hammarby's Anna Tamminen and then postponed the return.

2-0 for Eskilstuna.

Dual mode in others

Hammarby came in a little more in the match in the second half and after just over half an hour came a double position.

Nina Jakobsson first got a chance and missed.

Then Ellen Gibson got a new Bajen chance - but outside that time as well.

Bajen continued to put pressure on Eskilstuna and late in the second half Emilia Larsson entered the penalty area.

She then found her way to Jakobsson, who did not really get off to a real conclusion.

Hammarby did not manage to break the deadlock.

The victory was Eskilstuna's fifth straight victory.

For Hammarby, BK Häcken is waiting away on 28 August. And Eskilstuna will receive Piteå on 29 August.
