It is almost two years since the men's national team last played in front of packed stands at Friends Arena.

At the latest European Championship rematch against Armenia in June, there were 500 supporters on site.

But when Sweden faces Spain in the World Cup qualifier on September 2, there will be moves again.

- We expect around 15,000 supporters.

There are some ambiguities about UEFA's (European Football Association) requirements, if we get some in at the press box and around the player booth or if it is blocked off.

But we hope for around 15,000, says Lena Danielsen, ticket manager at the Swedish Football Association, to TT.

Federation captain Janne Andersson enjoys the audience returning to the National Arena.

"I hope that the 15,000 supporters who will be in the stands will sound like 50,000. The support we always get from the supporters is worth an incredible amount to us.

It can be what tips over and that makes it possible to handle a match like this even a little better ", he says in a press release.
