The second were Alexa Knierim and Brandon Frazier from the USA (205.87).
The third place was taken by other Americans - Jessica Kalalang and Brian Johnson (195.28).
Tarasova and Morozov are silver medalists of the 2018 Olympic Games in team competitions, as well as three-time world championship medalists and two-time European champions.
Earlier it was reported that Tarasova commented on the appearance of transgender people in figure skating.
