Andreas Palicka, 35, has since 2016 represented German Rhein-Neckar Löwen where he during his first two years at the club was involved and won two straight league titles.

But on Monday it became clear that the Swedish national team goalkeeper is leaving the German club, which in the last season finished in fifth place in the league table.

"A crucial moment"

Palicka is ready for a move to the French big club, Paris Saint-Germain.

PSG have won the league title at home in France for no less than seven seasons in a row and finished in third place in the Champions League last season.

- Getting to a big club like Paris Saint-Germain is a crucial moment in my career. I look forward to wearing the match shirt and helping the team achieve success, says Palicka to the club's website.
