Helsingborg (place 14 last year), Eskilstuna (15) and Lund (25) are the three municipalities that were on the top list last year but did not get enough points to reach the top 25 this year.
In total, there were eight qualified municipalities that did not end up in any of the 50 jury members' top 10, and thus did not receive a single jury score.
Classic cities off the list
Among these were, among others, the two municipalities that passed the basic criterion for the first time, Vänersborg and Mölndal.
Classic sports cities such as Linköping (3rd 2018), Södertälje (4th 2011) and Gävle (6th 2012) also did not get enough points to get on this year's list.
The countdown starts tomorrow, on Sunday the winner of the year will be chosen.
