Romelu Lukaku was one of the leading players when Inter took home the Serie A title last season.
The 28-year-old striker scored 24 goals and ten assists in 36 games.
But recently it has been rumored that the Belgian star is on his way away from the Italian champions club who have financial problems.
And now it is clear that Lukaku is ready for a return to the Premier League and Chelsea.
The English big club is said to pay about 1.2 billion for the Belgian.
Lukaku previously played for Chelsea between 2011 and 2014. He has also represented Everton and Manchester United in the Premier League.
