Formation of a joint legal committee between the Emirates and Ras Al Khaimah clubs

The management of the Emirates and Ras Al Khaimah clubs decided to establish a joint legal committee to protect the interests and rights of the two clubs, at all levels, levels, and sports, community and investment fields, before the judicial and non-judicial authorities, and based on the keenness of the two clubs to activate the memorandum of understanding concluded between the two clubs, and in implementation of Article VI of that, and in the context of Joint cooperation on exchanging experiences on rules and regulations to upgrade the administrative, strategic and legal level to reach the professional level.

A press statement from the Emirates Club stated that the legal committee includes Counselor Mansour Hussein Taher as Chairman, Counselor Hassan Ali Al Marzouqi as Vice President, Counsellor Muhammad Saeed Al Khashabi, Counsellor Ibrahim Muhammad Al Balushi, Counselor Moataz Al Sharif, and Abdullah Ali Al Abbar.

The statement added that “one of the tasks of the specialized legal committee is also to control all abuses that violate moral rights, offend the committees and members of the two clubs away from constructive criticism, and fight abuses or stir up strife through information, false news and abuses that are circulated in the media or communication sites. by some, as well as reviewing, revising and developing contracts and regulations, to reach the best models that preserve the rights of everyone and achieve the desired goal.”
