Argentine star Lionel Messi became the highest paid player in Paris Saint-Germain immediately after joining the team on a free deal, coming from Barcelona.

The Parisian team includes stars that the top Europeans dream of including, but these stars receive salaries of more than 300 million euros annually, and this exceeds the capabilities of many teams in Europe and the world.

But there are several levels of salaries that players receive in the Parisian team, according to what the Spanish newspaper “Marca” reported.

The first level:

includes the Golden Trio (MNM), Messi, whose annual salary is close to 40 million euros, the Brazilian Neymar earns about 36 million euros, and the French Kylian Mbappe's salary is 25 million euros.

The second level:

Spanish veteran Sergio Ramos - the former captain of Real Madrid - earns about 20 million euros annually, while players such as Italian goalkeeper Donnarumma, Brazilian Marquinhos, Italian Marco Verratti, Argentine Angel Di Maria, Costa Rican goalkeeper Keylor Navas, French Presnel Kimpembe and Argentine Mauro Icardi's salary ranges between 10 and 15 million euros a year.

The third level:

includes two players recently signed by the team, Moroccan Ashraf Hakimi - from Inter Milan - and Dutchman Jenny Wijnaldum - on a free deal from Liverpool - and each receives 9.8 million euros.

As for the rest of the players, such as Spain's Ander Herrera and Argentina's Leonardo Paredes, they receive 8.5 million euros annually.

And German Julian Draxler (7.6 million euros) and French Idrissa Gangue (7 million euros).

While the players receive 5 million euros, such as Senegalese Abdo Diallo, the Brazilian Rafinha, the Spanish Juan Bernart and Pablo Sarabia, the German Tilo Kehrer and the French Querzua.
