China took a total of 88 medals, against the United States' 113. But in the gold fight (which weighs heavier when everything is added up) it was a nail-biter.
China took 38 gold, USA 39.
For Sweden, there were a total of nine medals.
And in the fight against our Nordic neighbors, it was an even match where Norway was strongest.
