On August 9, Putin will meet by video link with members of the Russian Paralympic team

According to the Kremlin press service, the meeting via video link will take place on August 9. 

The Paralympic Games in Tokyo will start on August 24, 2021 and run until September 5.

Earlier, Putin congratulated athlete Maria Lasitskene on the Olympic gold medal in Tokyo.
