At the Olympic Games in Tokyo Rylov won gold medals at distances of 100 and 200 meters on the back.
He and Girev also won silver in the 4x200 meter freestyle relay as part of the Russian national team.
Earlier, Rylov's coach spoke about the peculiarities of an athlete's preparation for the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
