Kim Amb did not get a hit during the javelin final in Tokyo.

The Swede stayed at 79.69 meters as the best and thus landed in eleventh and penultimate place in the Olympic final.

The Swede's result line, 77.22- 78.31 - 79.69, was not enough to throw more than three throws in the final.

However, it was a fate he shared with, among others, the German world setter Johannes Vetter, who only got one approved throw, 82.52, and surprisingly finished only nine.

The competition is ongoing.
