At SV Wehen Wiesbaden, the team of new coach Marco Rose safely won 3-0 (2-0).

Erling Haaland scored all three goals.

The Norwegian first scored in the 27th minute after preliminary work by Marco Reus, then with a penalty (31st) and finally shortly after half-time (51st).
