Italy won the men's 4x100-meter relay at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan on Friday, creating a huge upset and pulling Britain back on the sidelines.

This is the second title for Lamont Marcell Jacobs after his title in 100 meters.

The final was private from the United States, eliminated in the playoffs.

Italy surprised when they came up against Great Britain to win over the wire in the men's 4x100m relay on Friday at the Tokyo Olympics, giving Lamont Marcell Jacobs a second title after the 100m.

Lorenzo Patta, Lamont Marcell Jacobs, Eseosa Fostine Desalu and Filipo Tortu, in 37 seconds 50, beat the British (37.51) and Canada of Andre de Grasse (37.70), in a private final of the United States, eliminated in the playoffs .
