The French volleyball players, qualified for the final of the Tokyo Games by outclassing Argentina 3-0 (25-22, 25-19, 25-22), secured the first medal in their history, Thursday at Ariake Arena . The Blues will play the match for the Olympic gold medal against the Russians on Saturday (9.15 p.m. local / 2.15 p.m. French) for Laurent Tillie's last match at the head of the Blues. With this place in the final, the volleyball players assure France of having a minimum of 30 medals.
