Yuka Kobayashi of Keirin Bicycle Women participated in the 4th group of the 1st round at the Tokyo Olympics, and finished 2nd to advance to the quarterfinals on the 5th.
Kobayashi is the first Japanese girl to participate in the Olympics in this event and is aiming to win the first medal in the bicycle women's sprint world.
