30 years old was the record for the men in "Hallstatestet", a fitness test up Hallstaberget in Sollefteå, when cross-country skier William Poromaa in July set a new (unofficial) record.

The time then sounded 7.49.

Now that record has been broken by another Swedish athlete.

Namely the newly crowned world champion in sprint orienteering Isac von Krusenstierna.

-Once I decided to run, it became natural to try to beat the record, says von Krusenstierna who finished in the time 7.38 to orienteringsmagasinet.se.

The hall test is 1,800 meters long and with a rise of 210 meters.
