In the first stage, she got off to a rocky start.

But in the last and decisive Josefin Olsson showed his best side and took first place in the competition which involves a silver.

It was an exciting decision, where the other sailors first took the lead and Olsson ended up further behind.

- When we looked at the first cross here, we thought "no, it goes to hell!"

and then "yes, she takes it!".

A lot happened and the feeling was that you could not sit still.

We are so incredibly happy, says Josefin's mother Bodil to SVT Sport.

"Believed in Josse"

Mom - and dad - have had great faith in their daughter.

- We have always believed in Josse extremely much and we know that she has this capacity.

There is so much in sailing that has to be true, it's so incredibly difficult.

Josefin Olsson started sailing at an early age, much thanks to her brother doing so.

And her talent stood out immediately.

- She took a bronze in the junior-SM and became the best Swede at the European Championships in Sandhamn when she was 14 years or so.

Then she went on to sail the E-dinghy and took World Cup gold.

We as parents have driven her everywhere.

"It will be champagne"

What does silver mean to Josefin?

- An enormous amount.

It is a proof that her endeavor has gone where she wants, says Bodil Olsson, who emphasizes that success means a lot to her parents as well.

How are you celebrating now?

- Tonight my brothers and their respective come and we thought we would celebrate with them.

We will sit outside, grill and celebrate.

There will be champagne as well.
