Vitesse has to face Dundalk FC in the third preliminary round of the Conference League.
The Irish club was too strong for Estonia's Levadia Tallinn in the second qualifying round over two matches.
Dundalk won the return in Estonia on Thursday with 1-2.
A week earlier, the two teams drew 2-2 in the first leg in Dublin.
The winning goal for Dundalk came in the 92nd minute.
The Englishman Will Patching was crowned match winner in Tallinn.
Dundalk currently occupies sixth place in the Irish league.
The team finished third in the league last season and captured the national cup.
Vitesse, which won a practice match against VfL Bochum (1-2), is the number four in the Eredivisie in the third preliminary round of the new European club tournament on Thursday.
The team from Arnhem will first play at home against Dundalk next Thursday.
The return in Dublin follows a week later.
Should Vitesse beat Dundalk, then one more round must be survived to reach the main tournament of the Conference League.
The two matches in the last preliminary round will be played on August 19 and 26.
