Dubai gathers social media celebrities in "martial arts" fights

A group of the most famous content makers on social media will compete for the first time in a martial arts tournament, which will be held at seven in the evening tomorrow in the first-of-its-kind “Social Knockout” tournament organized by TK Fight Night, in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council. It will be held at the Coca-Cola Arena in City Walk, Dubai.


One of the most prominent participants in the tournament is the Emirati YouTube star Rashid Saif Belhasa, who has a following of more than three million people, as he will face the Palestinian Anas Al-Shayeb, who is followed by more than 2.7 million people on YouTube, and the American YouTuber Adam Saleh also participates with the star of Tik Tok, the Syrian boxer Walid Sharks. And the American YouTuber Amir Fattohi meets with the American boxer Salim Al-Bahr

A group of rappers will also participate in the tournament, most notably American rapper Joseph Antonio, known as "Fat Joe", Indian songwriter, composer and singer Guru Randawa, and American singer Julius Dubos. The tournament competitions can be followed through the live broadcast on the TKFate website, and on the tournament's official account on YouTube. A statement issued by the Dubai Sports Council said that the tournament is a new addition to the list of many and varied events that are held in Dubai throughout the year, which include competitive and community sports tournaments and forums that consolidate the status of sports in daily life. The tournament is also consistent with the great spread of boxing in the country and hosting Dubai For various boxing tournaments, the most important of which was the Asian Men's and Women's Boxing Championships held in May and praised by the International and Asian Boxing Federations, Dubai will also host the Asian Youth Boxing Championships during August.
