The first comment of the coach of the Egyptian national team after qualifying in the Tokyo Olympics .. "Brazil threatens"

The coach of the Egyptian Olympic team, Shawky Gharib, vowed to beat the Brazilian team in the quarter-finals of the football competitions in the Tokyo Olympics.

The Pharaohs rose to face the samba stars, after they overcame Australia's obstacle by defeating them with two goals without a response, scored by Ahmed Yasser Rayan "45" and the substitute Ammar Hamdi "86".

Gharib said in a press statement carried by the Egyptian media after the Australian match: “We know very well that we will face a team that has a great deal in football, but we came to Tokyo and we have a clear goal, which is to return with an Olympic medal. ".

He added, "I am still convinced that the Egyptian team did not give everything it had, and the players have a lot that they have not done so far during the group stage."

He continued, "In the Australia match, many saw part of the players' level, which culminated in a two-goal victory. We played an offensive adventure to qualify, and that adventure was required because we no longer had any accounts other than winning."

The coach of the Pharaohs praised the performance of the trio, Mohamed El-Shennawy, Ahmed Hegazy, and El Wensh, stressing that their presence in the list of the Pharaohs in the Olympics gave the Egyptian team a great experience that helped it cross the group stage.
