Sweden has so far held an impressive championship in Tokyo.

First they drove over the USA, and then easily took home double three-pointers against Australia and New Zealand respectively.

The efforts mean that Sweden takes home the group victory and is ready for the quarterfinals.

In the championship, Hanna Bennison has had to play a part - and today she had to jump in against New Zealand.

The Rosengård player was responsible for a fine performance by Madelen Janogy who scored the 2-0 goal.

- Great fun with another win, it has gone well this championship and now it is just to continue like this, she says to Discovery +.

The 18-year-old says that it took a while for the team to get into the match.

It was a rotated eleven with eight new names compared to the match against Australia.

- It is a fairly new team we are putting on the field today with many new combinations with players.

"Always fun to come in"

However, Bennison thinks that Sweden grew into the match and for her own part she is happy with what she has achieved so far.

- It has felt good, always fun to get into matches like this and get to play.

I have felt refreshed and brave when I got on the plane.

Now the focus is on the next match - where Sweden will probably face Japan or Canada in the quarterfinals.
