The final of the women's air pistol for shooting at the Tokyo Olympics was held, and Russian Olympic Commission player Vitalina Bazzarashkia won the gold medal.


The Japanese were eliminated in qualifying and did not advance to the final.

The women's air pistol final is a competition in which eight people who have won the qualifying round hit a target 10 meters away.



After shooting 12 shots, 8th place will drop out, and after that, the player with the lowest total score will drop out one by one.



Vitalina Bazzarashkia, a player from Russia who advanced to the final in 3rd place in the qualifying, stably caught the center of the target and won the gold medal.



The silver medal was Bulgarian Antoaneta Costa Dinova, and the bronze medal was Chinese ginger * Zen Kaoru.



Japan's Satoko Yamada, who participated in the Olympic Games for the first time, was in 23rd place, and Chizuru Sasaki was in 50th place, losing in the qualifying and did not advance to the final.



Yamada and Sasaki will face the women's 25-meter pistol from the 29th of this month.
