Georgian Salukvadze became the first woman to compete in nine Olympics

Salukvadze qualifies for the 10-meter air pistol shooting at the Tokyo Olympics.

The Georgian shooter won a gold and silver medal at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, as well as a bronze medal at the 2008 Games in Beijing.

Note that eight times the Olympic Games were attended by the German Josefa Idem (rowing and canoeing) and the Canadian Leslie Thompson (rowing).
