Senbatsu champion Tokai University Sagami member declined to participate due to new corona infection

The Kanagawa Prefectural High School Baseball Federation has announced that Tokai University Sagami High School in Sagamihara City, which won the Senbatsu High School Baseball Championship, will decline to participate in the national high school baseball Kanagawa tournament quarterfinals scheduled for the 24th.

It was discovered that 17 of the registered members had been infected with the new coronavirus, and the school offered to decline.

The quarterfinals were a bye for Fujisawa Shoryo High School.
