Archery started on the 23rd before the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics.

Ren Hayakawa, who won the bronze medal at the women's team in the London Olympic Games nine years ago, is aiming for a medal in this tournament, which will be his first appearance in two tournaments, supported by the enthusiastic support of the "Bandman" manager.

The Olympics with support

In the "Ranking Round" held on the 23rd to decide the opponents of individuals and groups, Hayakawa will be ranked 16th overall and will face the women's group battle on the 25th with a medal.

Hayakawa has a strong cheering squad leader.

This is Yasuaki Ariga (39), who is the manager of Hayakawa at his company.

It is also the spiritual pillar of Hayakawa, who has always acted together on domestic expeditions.

I haven't been able to go to the site because the archery venue has become unattended at this tournament, but I am enthusiastic to support it with the feeling of this photo, which is wrapped in a headband.

Yasuaki Ariga

"Even if you can't cheer on the spot, it's okay because your heart is close. Even if you're far away, you can raise the tension to the maximum and send ale."

Bandman Manager's Support Song Project

In fact, he is the manager of Mr. Ariga and Hayakawa, and he is also a "bandman" who loves music.

It is said that his passion and passion for music have helped Hayakawa support him.

That is the production of a completely original cheering song.

Originally wanting to contribute to music for his employees, Mr. Ariga proposed to the company in June last year an idea that had been warmed up for many years.

About 25 volunteers gathered when they courageously called

out, "Let's make a cheering song for employees

."

From the concept of the song to the melody and lyrics, everything starts from scratch.

We have been proceeding with the project by devising ways such as soliciting lyrics ideas from employees nationwide.

The title of the completed cheering song is "ONE".

It is the word "ONE" of "ONE TEAM" which became a hot topic in the Rugby World Cup.

I put in the song the thought that no matter how hard it may be, there are friends, and if we hold hands and move forward, we can change the future.

There is such a phrase in the song that is characterized by a light rhythm.

"I'm not alone because I have friends even when I'm having a hard time. I have dreams and hopes without giving up." Bright, fun and energetic. "While

writing the song, I retired from my right shoulder injury and returned to the front line with a smile. It is said that the figure of Hayakawa, who is constantly working hard, came to mind.

A cheering song sent to Hayakawa

The song is completed as if it was in line with Hayakawa's participation in the Olympics.

When Mr. Ariga called on the company to send a message of support along with this song, he received a whopping 1,400 encouragements.

Two days before the first match, Mr. Ariga completed a VTR that mixed the song with the message sent to him all night and sent it to Hayakawa.

There is no doubt that it was a strong support even in the match on the 23rd.

After the match, Hayakawa said with a smile, "I am grateful to the people at the company for making the video."

The future battle for medals, the support of Mr. Ariga and employees will push Hayakawa's back.
