The Japan Sumo Association has announced that Juryo Takagenji has approved the use of cannabis and has reported to the police for questioning.
According to the Sumo Association, Takagenji Satoshi tested urine at a medical institution and found a positive cannabis reaction.
The Sumo Association will fully cooperate with the police investigation and will consider the disposition of Takagenji Satoshi.
