Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic confirmed his participation in the game at the upcoming Olympic Games in the Japanese capital, Tokyo, in the coming period, through a message to a Japanese child.

Djokovic is looking to win the gold medal for the singles tennis at the Olympics, becoming one title away from the achievement of the "Golden Slam", by collecting all the Grand Slam titles, as well as the Olympic gold in one season.

So far, Djokovic has won the Australian Open, French Open (Roland Garros) and England Open (Wimbledon), and only the US Open (Flashing Meadows) is left in front of him, in addition to the Olympic gold.
