The international wisdom in football, Amal Jamal, who obtained the international badge in arbitration, said, finally, that she aspires to participate in the management of matches in the Arab Gulf League, if this is allowed by the management of the Football Association, to prove that women can manage Men's matches at the professional level, after she had previously experienced this experience in the first division and the reserve league under 21 years, noting that there are referees in European countries who run matches in men's football.

Last April, the Referees Committee of the Football Association granted female football referees, including the wise Amal Jamal, the opportunity to participate in managing matches in the first and reserve leagues.

Amal Jamal added, "I am currently participating in the management of matches in the women's football league, and I am waiting to be allowed to arbitrate the Arab Gulf League with men, and I am ready for that, and I have a plan through which I want to reach this goal."

She explained: "The women's whistle is receiving great attention from the Football Association, and the Referees Committee, which has sought in the past period to give the opportunity to a number of referees, to prove their worth in this field, and give them full confidence and the necessary support."

It is reported that Amal Jamal comes from a sports family, her father was a former football player, and her brother is Al Ain player Mohammed Jamal.

Amal Jamal said that she followed the national team's matches in the joint qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup and the 2023 Asian Cup, noting that the team performed very well, leading it to the final round in the World Cup qualifiers.

And about the player who caught her eye in the national team, Amal Jamal said that all the players did what they had to do with the team, noting that what the team presented motivates them as Emirati football referees in their career in arbitration, and raises the flag of the state high.

Wisdom Amal Jamal had previously stated to "Emirates Today" that she was greatly influenced by the French wisdom, Stephanie Frapper, who led the Liverpool and Chelsea team match in the European Super Cup last season, and that she was very impressed with her personality and the way she refereed and dealt with the events of the match and the stadium.

• She admires the figure of the French wise Frapper and the way she is judged.

• I participated in the management of amateur and reserve league matches.
