In the financial capital Milan, 15 people were injured, 3 of them seriously, during loud celebrations after the match ended.

One of those injured lost 3 of his fingers due to an explosion of fireworks in his hand.

In a small town near the southern city of Foggia, police believe a hitman took advantage of the chaos and crowded streets to shoot and kill a person before escaping on a motorbike.

Media said that a 6-year-old girl, a relative of the victim, was also injured in the attack and that her condition was "very serious."
