Kim Seo-young appeared like a comet in 2009 when she was 15 years old, setting a new Korean record for individual medley.

The following year, I had a hard time with a shoulder injury, but I overcame it with a positive mind.

[Kim Seo-young / National Swimming Team: (Individual medley) has to do four events, so isn't it four times more attractive? (Instead, it's 4 times harder, right?) Yes. ^^] Although he is

163cm tall in Korea, he has stood on the world stage with great effort.

He advanced to the finals of the 2017 World Championships, and at the 2018 Asian Games, he won the gold medal by defeating Yui Ohashi of Japan, who was ranked number one in the world at the time.

Although the upward trend could not be continued due to the corona crisis, the past year was spent more preciously.

As part of training, he participated in individual events such as freestyle and butterfly, and became the strongest player in almost all sports in Korea. Recently, he has been delicately refining his strokes in Jeju.

[Lee Ji-sun / Gyeongbuk Provincial Office Coach: Turn (arm) and put it on first! Take care of this, only this! Never play! Don't twist your forearm line here! 50m more!]

[Kim Seo-yeong / swimming national team: the lost advantages of riding a water well and good to write yourself a little, I guess favorite is delighted with such a swim again save my advantage -

Kim Seo-yeong's 100m freestyle and 200m, Although it was possible to compete in both the 100m and 200m butterfly, we threw the rest of the tickets for the 200m individual medley that has a high chance of a medal.

[Kim Seo-young/National Swimming Team: (Given up from participating in other events) is a pity, but I think it was a necessary choice for the best result.] Even a

personal best of 2 minutes 8 seconds 34 is expected to be enough for a medal.

[Kim Seo-young / National swimmer: (2 minutes) 7 seconds (great record) I wish I could come out. I will do my best to prepare to give you good energy with good grades. Please support us a lot.]
