The first round of the women's golf tournament in the United States was held in Ohio on the 8th, and Nasa Hataoka started the lead with a personal best score of 10 under on the US tour.

Hataoka, who will represent Japan in the Tokyo Olympics, marked 10 unders to take 10 birdies without bogey, and started in 1st place, 4 strokes behind American Lauren Stevenson in 2nd place.



Hataoka said, "I was able to get a big score after a long time, so I had a lot of fun in the round. I've been able to get a lot of my own iron shots for birdie chances."



Yuka Saso is 65th in an even par with one birdie and one bogey.



Ayako Uehara was in 130th place with 5 overs, and Suzuka Yamaguchi was in 137th place with 6 overs.
