Four years later, she first reached the quarterfinals of the "majors" - the Australian Open and the US Open. And already in the next season, Myskina achieved the main success in her career - a victory at Roland Garros, which became the first such achievement for domestic athletes. As part of the Russian national team, Myskina became a two-time Federation Cup champion.
