Barcelona duo accused of "racist discrimination" against a Japanese hotel worker

Barcelona star Antoine Griezmann defended himself against the recent criticism directed against him against the background of the recent satirical video clip, in which he and his colleague Ousmane Dembele mocked a hotel worker in Japan while repairing the TV in the hotel room.

Griezmann said on his Twitter account: "I have always been against all forms of racial discrimination everywhere. A clip has spread to show me that I am not my personality over the past days, but I reject all the accusations leveled against me."

He concluded, "I apologize to my Japanese friends if I hurt them in the video."

The French media criticized the French national team duo Dembele and Griezmann, describing the incident as "racial discrimination", which prompted Griezmann to come out to the French public opinion to apologize.
