Swedish World Cup gold in the sprint relay

It was set for a duel between Sweden and Switzerland in the sprint relay in orienteering in the Czech Republic.

Tove Alexandersson ran the first leg for Sweden and took command immediately.

She switched over with a 19-second lead down to Switzerland.

After Alexandersson, Emil Svensk took over.

He managed to keep the Swedish advantage and switched over with a 31 second lead.

Then Gustav Bergman took over and switched over with a 55 second lead to Sara Hagström who ran the last leg for Sweden.

Sara Hagström stood up to the pressure and managed the big lead and ran home the World Cup gold to Sweden.
