Several Swedish athletics profiles were involved in a traffic accident in Värmland on 22 June with a minibus and truck.

In the minibus were pole vaulter Michaela Meijer and national team coaches Yannick Tregaro and Gustaf Hultgren.

Today, just twelve days later, Michaela Meijer competed in the Diamond League competition from Stockholm Stadium.

- It is incredibly strong that she can at least jump.

She was really bruised but managed without a broken bone.

But such a blow settles down, says Kajsa Bergqvist.

Stayed at 4.51

But the high jumps failed for Meijer.

She stayed at 4.51.

- Of course she had wanted more from the competition.

Strong that she is really on her feet, says Bergqvist.

Angelica Bengtsson passed 4.61 and became the best Swede and a total of four in the ladies' pole vault.
