Officially .. a shock in the Egyptian Al-Ahly after the absence of his star from the final of the Champions

The Egyptian Al-Ahly club announced today, Tuesday, the absence of midfielder Walid Suleiman from the African Champions League final against Kaizer Chiefs, scheduled for next July 17 in Morocco.

Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, head of Al-Ahly’s medical system, said in statements to the club’s official website today that Walid Suleiman, the team’s player, suffered a torn hamstring muscle, and needed a treatment period ranging between three and four weeks.

Suleiman was injured during his participation in the first team training after facing Esperance, which was held last Saturday, in the second leg of the African Champions League semi-final, and medical examinations revealed that he had a torn hamstring muscle, away from the site of his old injury that had previously kept him away from the team.

Al-Ahly is preparing to face Pyramids in a match scheduled for the day after tomorrow in the Egyptian League.
