"So far there is not much to fault him"

Noël Le Graët, who has never made a secret of his closeness and affection for Didier Deschamps, has largely defended the coach's record. "So far, there is not much to complain about. We missed this competition, that's for sure, because we still had high goals. I probably believed, but wrongly, that our team was in the four best in Europe ", agreed the boss of the FFF all the same. "We finished first in the most complicated group, always playing away. However, I still think that we have players with great technical qualities. The first half against Germany was a very difficult game but a good match ", he wanted to be positive.

"We can never decide on the spot. We will take stock of a number of matches, the popularity of Didier but also the affection that the players have for him. We do not decide like that, we also have to He really wants (to stay). There are only ten matches a year, you have to be extremely motivated and I'm sure he has it, "concluded Noël Le Graët.
