Never before have the streets of Geneva been so vibrant for a football match.

The thunderclap of the elimination of France Monday night against Switzerland (3-3, 5 tab to 4), in the round of 16 of the Euro, was obviously not experienced in the same way. either side of the border.

The Swiss supporters had, it must be said, a lot of things to celebrate.

First, it had been 29 years since Switzerland had beaten France.

Then, it is the first time in 67 years that the "Nati" has managed to qualify in a knockout match.
