The IOC, the International Olympic Committee, and the organizer of the 2021 Summer Olympics in Tokyo have decided to limit the audience's capacity.

Previously, only Japanese citizens were allowed to watch the Olympic Games on site, and it is now clear that only every second grandstand will be filled.

And no arena will take in more than 10,000 spectators.

And they must abide by rules, everyone must wear mouth guards and they must not shout or speak loudly.

The Tokyo Olympics will be decided in 33 arenas, 24 of which have a capacity of over 10,000 people.

The National Stadium - where the opening and closing ceremonies and athletics as well as the ladies' football final are arranged - with room for 68,000 will thus only be filled to just under 15 percent.

The Tokyo Olympics will be decided between July 23 and August 8.
