The death of a Saudi McLaren owner - Frenchman Mansour Ojjeh

Saudi-French businessman Mansour Ojeh, one of the owners of the McLaren Formula One team, died at the age of 68, today, Sunday, in Geneva, the British team announced.


"It is with great sadness that McLaren Racing announces the passing of Mansour Ojeh, a McLaren shareholder since 1984. Mr Ojeh passed away peacefully this morning in Geneva, at the age of 68, surrounded by his family," McLaren said in a statement.


"We will release a full statement in due course. Everyone at McLaren Racing shares their grief with his family, to whom the team sends their deepest condolences."
