Efimova won the 50 and 200 m breaststroke heats at the Mare Nostrum stage in Barcelona

In the final at a distance of 50 meters, Efimova showed a result of 30.28 seconds.

The second was the Spanish Jessica Val Montero, and the third was the Dutch Tes Schouten.

At the 200-meter distance, Efimova's result was 2 minutes 21.86 seconds.

Val Montero took the second place.

The three prize-winners were closed by her compatriot - Marina Garcia Ursainki.
