Germany's U21 national team is European champion again.
The team of coach Stefan Kuntz wins in the final against Portugal 1-0 (0-0) and takes the title like in 2017.
Striker Lukas Nmecha scored the decisive goal in the 49th minute after a nice pass from Ridle Baku from Wolfsburg.
Substitute Karim Adeyemi, only 18 years old, then missed the decision several times.
But in the end the narrow lead was enough for the German juniors.
