The 20-year-old Gwargis has made three A-team matches in the league cup with Brighton but has mostly played in the U23 team.

He is described as a player with good game perception and a sharp left foot.

- In recent years, he has been educated in England where he has built on a good physique as well.

He is a versatile player who is primarily intended to play in the offensive positions in midfield, says MFF's sports director Daniel Andersson to the club's website.

Gwargis made his senior debut for Jönköpings Södra as a 17-year-old and then left Sweden for England after 16 matches in the Superettan.

He has also played for Sweden at both U17 and U19 level.

The contract extends over 2024 and the midfielder is ready to play when the Swedish transfer window opens on 15 July.
