Sometimes a dismissal can be good.
Take Thomas Tuchel.
The German coach extended his contract with Chelsea for two years until 2024, which he led to the Champions League title after taking the reins of the London team in mid-season.
When after his dismissal from PSG, formalized at Christmas, Tuchel joined the Blues a month later, with an 18-month contract, Kanté and his teammates vegetated in ninth place in the Premier League.

Under the authority of the 47-year-old technician, the teammates of Thiago Silva, another former Parisian, won the C1 by beating Manchester City in the final (1-0), finished fourth in the English championship, and reached the final of the FA Cup, lost 1-0 against Leicester.
