The Lyonnaises will go "to seek victory"

There will be a handover in the air on Sunday evening at Groupama Stadium.

Olympique Lyonnais, which crushes everything in its path to France, has no room for error.

And for good reason, the last time that the women's section of OL had a blank season, without a title, we have to go back to 2006. An eternity for a club condemned to win.

"We still have our say, we have to win," says coach Sonia Bompastor.

"I have confidence in my players, they are used to meeting these challenges, they also have a lot of experience, we will be ready and we will go for the victory."

PSG hope to achieve a "very good season" with a trophy

But in the opposite camp, PSG, who have beaten Lyon twice this season, in D1 and in the Champions League, has a golden opportunity to materialize their domination with a title.

"In previous seasons we tended to be behind, here we are ahead. So for once it can be to our advantage," said Parisian coach Olivier Echouafni.

"Now, it will be necessary to demonstrate it on the ground, but the objective is not to undergo the events. The girls are at heart to be rewarded, to concretize their very good season by a collective trophy."

After this poster there will still be one game to play.

But no one is fooled: the one who wins this Sunday evening will become the new benchmark in French women's football.
