After the 0: 1 in the first leg last Wednesday in their own stadium, the first division club won 5: 1 at Holstein Kiel on Saturday and, with coach Friedhelm Funkel, secured the class remainder.

Jonas Hector (3rd minute), Sebastian Andersson (6th and 13th), Rafael Czichos (39th) and Ellyes Skhiri (84th) scored.

Jae-Sung Lee (4th) equalized for Kiel during a turbulent initial phase.
